The Oregon Tobacco Quit Line is a free program to help people quit smoking, vaping or using other tobacco products. It offers tips, information, one-on-one counseling and medications proven to help people quit.

The Quit Line is available to all people — adults and youth over age 13 — living in Oregon regardless of income or insurance status. The Oregon Quit Line has special services for youth, pregnant women, members of the LGBTQ community, and American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Services are available by phone, online or text, 24/7. Coaches are real people who are friendly and non-judgmental.

Native Quit Line

The Native Quit Line is a free program through the Oregon Quit Line especially for American Indians and Alaska Natives. Dedicated quit coaches understand and respect indigenous values and traditions. They provide tips, information, one-on-one counseling and medications proven to help people quit. The Native Quit Line is available 24/7 for people over age 18. Youth under 18 can contact the Oregon Quit Line for free help and support to quit tobacco.
