The mission of the Portland-Vancouver Metro Area Smokefree Housing Project is to reduce renters’ exposure to secondhand smoke by increasing the number of properties that have no-smoking policies. Along with our Advisory Board, we promote the many business and health benefits of no-smoking policies. This website is maintained by the American Lung Association in Oregon.
